Peace be upon you... Dah lama tak share resepi. Dah lama juga saya tak buat desert. I *LOVE* Oreo Cookies, so I'm going to share what i made & how you can make it. This yummy recipe isn't difficult, honestly this is super easy. Juz a mere six ingredients...
5 oreo cookies (pound gross)
1/4 cup melted butter
15 oreo cookies (smash up)
8oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups whipped cream
Directions:
Mix the 5 oreo cookies with butter and spread evenly over the mold and compressed, store in fridge while making the topping
Combine the cream cheese and sugar into a bowl, beat until light & fluffy using hand mixer.
Add in the whipped cream and the smashed up Oreo cookies. Combine gently until they mixed well using a rubber spatula.
Spoon onto the pie crust and refrigerate about two hours or until firm.
